| Rise, the Zero-G Indicator |
This should be interesting.
This week, I have been glued to YouTube, watching the Artemis launch. It's exiting to think humanity is once again looking beyond the Earth and towards the stars.
And of course, we can all think of a few people that need to be put on a rocket and launched into the sun....
I love this little guy, he hitched a ride and got a job monitoring gravity on in the capsule. He's also holding onto a flash drive with all the names of people who signed up for a "virtual boarding pass". I had signed up my parents--Mom loved space stuff, and of course you can't "send" mom without dad! I hope they produce little stuffies for sale, I would certainly like one.
If you want to watch the mission live, too, their YouTube stream is here.
I can't imagine being stuck in such a tiny capsule with three other people, for 10 days straight. I guess you really gotta like and trust your coworkers.

3 weeks til I start my summer gig! I can only hope the weather steadies somewhat. At the moment, we're under a winter storm warning. Ugh! snow, snow go away! My plant babies really want to go outside!
At any rate, I am tired of winter. It's time for spring!
Keep going forward and looking skyward!
Aye,
Kraneia
And as always,
