The day dawned cool and misty, and pretty much stayed that way most of the day. I was glad of the coolness as I hacked and slashed my way through mountain laurel (not much to trim today, but there were a few spots here and there that needed a hair cut.)
I was quite tired at the end of it and glad to come home and hose off the 6 pounds of dirt I felt I had stuck to my body.
As I type, I hear the rain tapping on the roof, a sure sign that it has moved back in to the area. I'm glad it held off today.
Nice to see the mold was out, at least. |
What happens when two tree branches grow together.... |
Shelf fungus tinged with algae. Looks like some sea creature. |
Hopefully next month's photos will prove to be a little more colorful as the early spring flowers poke their little faces up again.
Aye,
Kraneia
